1- Cougarboard Challenge 2 will take place from June 11, 2007 to Sept. 1, 2007. The challenge will consist of teams made up of 4 - 5 people on each team. Teams will compete against another team during each week of the Challenge, and the team with the most miles for the week wins. 2- Miles to be counted towards the weekly total include miles run or walked outdoors, or on a treadmill. Miles done on an eliptical machine also count, as do miles done walking on a golf course. Also, swimming miles can be counted. Cycling miles DO NOT COUNT. Also, miles done as part of your daily job do not count. 3- Weekly mileage includes the miles that are done Monday - Saturday. No Sunday miles are to be included in your total. 4- Miles must be reported on every Sunday during the Challenge, or before if you will not be able to report on Sunday. A form will be on the home page to report miles on Sunday, miles reported before then can be emailed. Totals will be calculated on Sunday night, and results emailed to Challengers. No miles submitted after Sunday will be counted! Also, Nike+ will NOT be utilized in the Challenge. Of course, you can use it to track your miles, but I won't be pulling anyone's miles from the Nike+ web site. Each Challenger will have to manually report their miles. |
